Cardholder agrees to have the CareWatchers debit their credit card for monthly fee for the Directory Service each month starting thirty- days from original purchase date. Cardholder can cancel the service at anytime without charge before the billing date. Cardholder may cancel the Directory Service by calling CareWatchers at (800) 864-1616.
