This handbook is a valuable how-to manual offering hands on guidelines to develop a resident council. It is designed for the resident and the volunteer or staff person who has been assigned to provide technical assistance for the council.

Far to many long term care residents and/or staff are hung up on finding officers and members that they forget the purpose.
